> Website visitor ID for 3PLs
SEE WHICH BRANDS SHOPPED YOUR 3PL, AND LEFT.
Most online brands visit a 3PL's website and leave without asking for a quote. ShipperRadar shows you who they were (the brand, the person and the pages they looked at), flags the ones that fit your warehouse, and writes the follow-up email for each.

> The problem
YOUR BEST LEADS LEAVE WITHOUT A WORD
Brands shopping for a 3PL compare several warehouses before they reach out. They read your pricing page, check your integrations and locations, and then most of them leave. You never find out who they were, so you can't follow up.
~1 IN 70
website visitors becomes a lead at the average transportation and logistics company.

> How it works
THREE STAGES. NO NEW SOFTWARE TO LEARN.
STAGE 1
Add one line of code
We email the code and step-by-step instructions to your web person. It takes them about five minutes, and nothing about your site changes for visitors.
STAGE 2
See who visited
When a brand that fits you visits, we email you within one business day: the brand, the person, and the pages they looked at, such as pricing, quote and integrations. Every week you also get the full shortlist.
STAGE 3
Follow up the same day
Each brand comes with a ready-to-send follow-up email, written around what they looked at, so you reach out while they're still shopping.
> What you get
A SHORTLIST OF BRANDS WORTH CALLING
Example report entries. The brands are fictional.
Who visited. The brand, the person and their job title, plus their work email and LinkedIn profile when we can find them.
Who fits you. Each brand is checked against what you handle: what they sell, how big they look, and anything you won't take on.
What they looked at. Pricing, quote, integrations, locations and more.
Hot brands, fast. Visits to your pricing or quote pages are emailed to you within one business day.
Who came back. Repeat visits are flagged, because they usually mean serious interest.
What to say. A ready-to-send follow-up email for each brand.
No noise. Job seekers, your own team, vendors and customers logging in to your portal are filtered out.

> Who's behind it
ANTONIO MONROY
Founder, ShipperRadar
I'm an engineer in the scaffolding industry, a business where everything depends on equipment, trucks and timing. I know how hard it is to find time for sales when operations come first.
I started ShipperRadar to give 3PLs a simple way to see which online brands are checking them out, and to follow up while those brands are still shopping.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Is this legal? Isn't it creepy?
It works like the visitor identification tools many B2B websites already use. It only identifies visitors in the United States, you add a short paragraph about it to your privacy policy (we give you the wording), and anyone can opt out on our opt-out page.
Who else sees our visitors?
No one. Your visitors are shown only to you. We never sell them, share them with other clients, or let our data provider pool them into its own data.
How accurate is it?
It identifies a share of your visitors, not all of them, and some matches will be wrong. That's exactly why the trial is free: you judge it on your own website traffic before paying anything.
What does it cost?
The trial is free for 14 days, starting when your code goes live. After the trial: one flat monthly price, month to month, work emails included. No setup fee. Cancel anytime.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes for whoever manages your website. We email them the code with step-by-step instructions for their platform, such as WordPress, Wix or Squarespace, and tell you as soon as we see it working. Your free trial starts then, not before.
We already use a visitor identification tool. Is this still useful?
Maybe. Most of the work is what happens after a visitor is identified: filtering out job seekers and vendors, spotting the brands worth calling, and following up fast. Tell us what you use and we'll tell you honestly whether ShipperRadar adds anything.
Which visitors can it identify?
Only visitors in the United States, and only some of them. Our code switches itself off for visits from outside the US, including Europe and the UK, and for browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal.
Can people opt out?
Yes. Anyone can opt out on our opt-out page, and we stop identifying them in client reports.
